ImgAnnotations Component is an invisible-at-runtime (windowless) control available for .NET Windows Forms, which allows you to insert annotations in your images (Document Mark-up). Using ImgAnnotations, developers can add objects to documents in an upper layer. The end-user can insert, reposition and change the attributes (color, text, border, etc.). Annotations objects are stored as a separate file, or can be burned into the actual image. It can be easily integrated into applications written in .Net 3.5 or .Net 4.0 languages such as Visual Basic or C#. ImgAnnotations supports: Notes, Stamps, Highlight, Hide, Elipses, Lines, Arrows, Images and OCR, barcode and zoom zones.

ImgAnnotations component is part of ImgEdit component. It doesn't work without it.
